Pseudomonas extremaustralis 14-3 does not have a refseq.

Experimental Process

qRT-PCR experiments determined that the expression of pilG and morA was lower in the anr mutant strain. Anr boxes similar to P.aeruginosa Anr consensus sequence were identified in the promoters of both of there genes.

Gene Regulation

Regulated genes for each binding site are displayed below. Gene regulation diagrams show binding sites, positively-regulated genes, negatively-regulated genes, both positively and negatively regulated genes, genes with unspecified type of regulation. For each indvidual site, experimental techniques used to determine the site are also given.
