Curation notes
There is no appropriate ref_seq genome for this strain of Pseudomonas. The TF accession numbers used were from Sinorhizobium fredii USDA 257.

Experimental Process

qRT-PCR demonstrated positive regulation of sal genes by BphR2. EMSA confirmed binding of BphR2 to the salA promoter. DNase I footprinting localized the BphR2 binding sites in the salA promoter region, both on the sense and antisense strands.

Gene Regulation

Regulated genes for each binding site are displayed below. Gene regulation diagrams show binding sites, positively-regulated genes, negatively-regulated genes, both positively and negatively regulated genes, genes with unspecified type of regulation. For each indvidual site, experimental techniques used to determine the site are also given.
